DIY Terrariums

I have been wanting to make terrariums for sooooooo long and now that we have moved I finally had the chance to make something for my new home.

I think terrariums look awesome, they are simple to make and low maintenance (you don’t need to worry about watering them often). I made mine using different succulent clippings from around the garden and some pebbles and potting mix. Whats cool is you can plant them in any vase or fishbowl. I have even seen some done in lightbulbs! They looked amazing!

Here’s how they turned out. Do you think you might give them a try?

  1. Ooooh! I absolutely love those, something for my oldest son who isn’t that keen on having plants unless they are at least kind of cool (like “what does moms really think at times…” He is after all an intelligent 9 year old who has learned to go his own way.) Well I try to happily embrace his distinctive taste and find creative ways to meet his wishes, thank you for providing the inspiration!
